One shot. A whole cluster.
Aim at the anchor, sever it, and watch the board fall. That loop is everything we design around.

What we make
BubbleShooterOnline.app is the site behind our version of the classic bubble shooter. The product is a single-player arcade puzzle: aim the launcher, fire a colored bubble into the grid, connect three or more of a color to pop them, and drop whatever those bubbles were holding to the ceiling. Clear the board to reach the next, denser level.
We are not an app store publisher and we do not require a download. The game is the website. That choice keeps load times short, works on phones and desktops, and avoids an account wall. Best score, best level, games played, and bubbles popped live in local browser storage on your device.
If you are comparing this to another bubble shooter you found elsewhere, this page only speaks for BubbleShooterOnline.app. Rules, scoring, and the level ramp described in our how-to-play guide and FAQ match this build of the game.
Our story
BubbleShooterOnline.app is not a content farm or a meta-game wrapped in ads. It is a puzzle with a clear fantasy: one launcher, one field of color, and a score you keep chasing.
The genre starts with Taito’s Puzzle Bobble in 1994 — known as Bust-a-Move in the West — which borrowed its dinosaurs from Bubble Bobble and added a rotating arrow that fired bubbles into a descending ceiling of them. Match three of a color and they burst; sever a cluster from the top and it falls.
In the 2000s the idea was stripped to its core for the browser: a fixed launcher at the bottom, a static grid at the top, six clean colors, and a line you must not let the bubbles cross. That simplified “bubble shooter” is the version most people picture today, and the one this site implements.
BubbleShooterOnline.app is an independent take on that classic loop, rebuilt for a modern browser: a Canvas renderer with a real trajectory preview and wall bounces, synthesized sound, hex-packed bubble physics, and a level ramp that adds rows and colors instead of difficulty menus.
What we stand for
Open the page and a board is already waiting behind the Play button. No account wall, no download, no tutorial that talks over the fun — just a launcher and a field of bubbles.
Aim, fire, match, drop, clear. There are no lives to buy, no boosters, no spin-the-wheel screens between levels. The depth is in board reading, not in a shop.
Best score and best level live on your device. We do not hold your progress hostage behind a login, and there is no “premium” color pack.
The full game is free forever. No energy meters, no interstitial video ads, no surprise paywalls. If you enjoy BubbleShooterOnline.app, that is the whole product.
Who it is for
BubbleShooterOnline.app is a family-friendly, single-player game with no chat and no in-game store. It is a poor fit if you want multiplayer or live events. It is a good fit if you want a genuine aiming-and-planning puzzle you can pick up anywhere.
A run can last two minutes or twenty. The game is built for a phone on the couch or a browser tab between tasks — not a two-hour campaign.
There is no clock and no twitch-reaction requirement. Every shot is yours to line up for as long as you like — the challenge is spatial, not physical.
Best score and best level stay on the device you used. That is a deliberate trade: instant play, no cloud restore. We would rather skip the sign-up wall than pretend we host your save.
Why this site
The bubble shooter is a well-worn idea with hundreds of clones online. This site exists to ship one honest, fast version of it — with a real trajectory preview and no clutter.
The dotted aim guide models the actual shot, including one or two bounces off the side walls, so bank shots are a skill you can learn rather than a guess.
Bubbles cut off from the ceiling fall and score more than popped ones, so the game rewards reading the board for anchors — not just clearing colors one match at a time.
No auto-playing video ads, no fake “install our app” banners, no dark patterns around the mute button. The how-to-play guide, tips, and FAQ describe the exact engine you are playing.
How we build
BubbleShooterOnline.app runs entirely on the web. The board is drawn with the HTML5 Canvas API; the bubble physics, hex-grid matching, and drop detection are plain JavaScript with no game framework. That means fast loads, mouse, keyboard, and touch controls, and progress that stays local unless you clear your browser data. We use lightweight analytics to see what helps players — never to gate the game behind a profile.
Desktop and mobile share the same board. Mouse aim and click, arrow keys and space, or drag-and-release on touch — pick whatever fits the device in your hand.
Your best score and best level are stored locally. You own the continuity of your run without signing up.
We watch aggregate usage through Google Analytics to improve pacing and polish. Details live in our Privacy Policy — never as a sales pitch.
